Your payments data tells you what happened. CMSPI helps you see what it means, what you may be missing, and what to do next.
CMSPI is an independent payments intelligence and advisory partner for enterprise merchants. We combine trillions of data points from over $3 Trillion of merchant transactions with our Payments Intelligence Engine and expert-led advisory model to uncover costs, risks, and performance gaps that are difficult to see from inside a single payments estate.
Our intelligence extends beyond any one merchant, processor, or provider. We provide an unbiased view across providers, payment methods, markets, and strategies, helping clients understand not just how their payments perform, but how well they could perform.
We turn that intelligence into action across three areas:
COST. Uncover and deliver savings across interchange, scheme fees, routing, and cross-border costs.
GROWTH. Improve transaction success through higher authorization rates, fewer false declines, and risk-tuned fraud management.
INTELLIGENCE. Gain market-wide insight into cost, approvals, fraud, and routing to benchmark performance, model outcomes, and make better decisions.
Each solution is powered by our CMSPI triple advantage:
• Dynamic Data Fabric: trillions of data points across issuers, acquirers, gateways, and networks.
• Payments Intelligence Engine: AI and machine learning that identify inefficiencies and generate actionable solutions.
• Expert-Led Advisory Model: senior-led teams working alongside merchant teams to turn intelligence into measurable outcomes.
Each year, CMSPI analyzes more than 87 billion transactions and works with hundreds of the world's largest merchants to identify savings, improve transaction success, reduce risk, and strengthen payment performance.
The result: a clearer view of payments, stronger decisions, and a payments function that becomes a source of real business advantage.
