OFFICE INTERN

POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Sparks, NV

WAGE SCALE:       $20.00-$24.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sets up new job files
2. Assists office manager and production team 
3. Maintain various reports monthly 
4. Issue insulation certificates upon completion of projects  
5. Various administrative tasks as needed 
6. Answers the phone, responding to inquiries and refers calls where appropriate
7. Other duties may be assigned
8. Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled and taking classes for a bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Regular attendance is required.
