Office Clerk

FFO (Flynn Family Office) is seeking a detail-oriented multitasker to keep our office running. We're seeking an Office Clerk to support administration, mailroom, and office operations.

This is part-time role based out of our New York office – 2-3 days in office a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Run our mailroom — sorting, logging, and shipping mail and packages
  • • Sort and collate incoming mail.
    • Scan and email collated mail to appropriate FFO team members. 
    • Record registered mail and maintain necessary logs and forms. 
    • Prepare mailing labels for outgoing packages to appropriate clients via FedEx, UPS, USPS or courier as specified
    • Notify FFO Account Executives and team of all incoming checks
    • Separate all incoming checks and provide to supervisor for deposit, unless in-person deposit is specified.
    • Separate all client specific mail for in-person meetings and wet signatures as specified by FFO Account Executive.
• Keep office supplies and equipment stocked and running smoothly
  • • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and operate office equipment such as printers and scanners
• Manage BILL.COM admin, invoice processing, and billable hours reporting
• • • Act as administrator for BILL.COM – configuring user settings and permissions as specified by supervisors.
    • Submit incoming FFO invoices for processing in BILL.COM
    • Submit weekly billable hours for supervisor in CCH system
    • General office projects as needed (conference room booking, catering)

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Comfort with MS Office / Google Workspace
• A sharp eye for accuracy and detail

The hourly range for this role is expected to be between $17/hr - $25/hr. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set.
