This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and team members while providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

What You'll Do

Welcome visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures
Provide administrative support for plant leadership and office staff
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and business documents
Enter and maintain information in company databases and business systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and conference room reservations
Assist with special projects and committees
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain organized electronic and paper records
Support company projects and day-to-day operational activities

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
