Mosquito Authority | Busy Office | Growth Opportunity

We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep a fast-paced office running smoothly.

This role is a mix of customer service, office operations, and payment processing. If you’re organized, punctual, and can handle a busy environment—you’ll do well here.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 9am-5pm
• Full-time opportunity

Pay

• Pay will be based on experience. 
• Growth and raises based on performance

What You’ll Do

• Answer a high volume of calls and assist customers
• Update jobs, notes, and schedules for technicians
• Enter customer data accurately
• Scan, file, and organize paperwork
• Process customer payments
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate payment records (customers + office bills)
• Troubleshoot simple printer/scanner issues
• Help keep the office organized and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Very detail-oriented (this is critical for handling payments)
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable on the phone (calls will be frequent)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Intermediate computer skills required (must be comfortable learning new systems quickly without constant help)
• Comfortable handling financial records with accuracy
• Office or bookkeeping experience is a plus

• Must pass a background check and credit check
