Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Seasonal role during tax season (January–April)
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Typical office hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM

Job SummaryThe Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the Liberty Tax office by providing administrative, marketing, and client service assistance. This role helps maintain an efficient, welcoming, and compliant work environment while promoting the Liberty Tax brand within the community
Responsibilities 

• Assist the Office Supervisor and District Manager with executing approved marketing plans.
• Monitor and track advertising and community outreach efforts.
• Support office operations, including filing, scheduling, and client record maintenance.
• Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Update internal databases and assist with electronic file management.
• Complete ongoing training and development requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive client experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends during tax season.
• Reliable transportation for local travel and marketing activities.
