Office Administrator
Starting pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a behavioral health treatment facility.
- Maintain office and facility equipment, including timekeeping, telecommunications, and printing systems.
- Manage petty cash, invoices, and operational records in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and order clinical, administrative, and facility supplies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between clinical staff, patients, families, and outside providers.
- Assist with compliance, accreditation readiness, documentation management, and audit support.
- Support risk management, workplace safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with electronic health record (EHR) processes and other operational systems.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in behavioral health or healthcare required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude.
- Technology Proficient: Skilled in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Hold valid driver license and able to pass state and federal background checks
