Job Description
Bronco Off-Roadeo is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to help deliver exceptional off-road experiences. If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in high-quality results, and want to be part of a dynamic, adventure-driven team, this is a great opportunity to get involved.
As a Vehicle Detailer, you will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring every vehicle is clean, safe, and fully prepared for guest use. You’ll work hands-on with a unique fleet, helping set the stage for an unforgettable experience from the moment each guest arrives.
Schedule:
Thursday and Friday: 4:00pm – midnight
Compensation:
$17–$19 per hour
Responsibilities
- Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles inside and out, including exterior surfaces, interiors, undercarriages, and engine bays
- Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and tread depth to ensure vehicles are ready for operation
- Conduct safety inspections and promptly report any issues or maintenance needs
- Move vehicles between wash bays, staging areas, and fueling stations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure supplies are stocked
- Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate equipment and cleaning materials
- Support overall site cleanliness, including lot and back-of-house areas
- Represent company values in interactions with guests, team members, and vendors
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of vehicle detailing experience preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Working knowledge of car care products and paint correction tools
- Experience cleaning and shampooing a variety of interior materials
- Familiarity with basic automotive equipment (e.g., jack, air compressor)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
