In this role, ODOs must be:

Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned client
Flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
Able to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Able to create a safe and friendly setting for patrons and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguarding client assets
Able to observe unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Retired Law Enforcement with Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) Certification.
Minimum 10 year’s related safety/law enforcement experience
Valid State Armed Security License and any additional certifications or licenses
Ability to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours

Security personnel are to be certified and trained and will be assigned a variety of standing, sitting and walking posts.

As an ODO, you will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, preventing crime, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community. This position requires individuals who are dedicated, physically fit, mentally resilient, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
