Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision
• Complete electronic documentation
• Monitor patient progress
• Provide caregiver education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain quality patient care

Requirements include an active Arizona COTA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
