QualificationsEducation

High School or GED
2 year/Associate Degree
4 year/Bachelors Degree
Post Graduate Degree
Kansas License
BLS
Registered occupational Therapist with current Kansas License or eligibility
Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current valid driver's license and current proof of insurance for vehicle
