Competitive starting salary $38 - $50 per hour based on experience

Starting rate is based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for higher compensation based on productivity.

Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) is responsible for evaluating residents and developing, implementing, and updating individualized occupational therapy plans of care to help residents achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of  Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with physician orders
Supervise and collaborate with COTAs as applicable
Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication
Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations

Qualifications: Qualifications for PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach
