Status: Part-Time, PRN

Schedule: Weekend Shifts

Responsible for observing and applying sound judgment in patients' physical and mental conditions/needs.
Document and communicate changes in patients' appearance, behavior, and ability to work towards treatment plan goals.
Provide an assessment of psychosocial/leisure and recreational skills development/deficiency.
Assist patients in achieving their optimum level of independent functioning.
Plan and implement activity therapy for the assigned patient case load within the facility.
Model and teach patients appropriate social, coping, and stress-management techniques.
Contribute to treatment plans with specific goals and therapeutic interventions.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

Education & Licensure: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in occupational therapy. Certification or licensure by the state of Illinois and/or national governing body in the following areas: OTR/L
Experience: One (1) year of related experience, with a knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques, and understanding of mental illness preferred.
Additional Skill Requirements: May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.

Compensation: 

We are seeking Part-time and PRN Occupational Therapists. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on employment status, experience, qualifications, and skill level. Join us as our Occupational Therapist!
