About the Role
Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Mukilteo, WA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

What You’ll Do

Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation

Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
-
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
-
Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
-
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
-
Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
What We’re Looking For

Active (or eligible) Washington State OT license
-
ESA Certification (or ability to obtain)

Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
School-based experience preferred, not required
