What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled, resident-centered therapy focused on improving functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

Provide skilled interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional independence.

Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities to support treatment and optimize resident outcomes.

Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, residents, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, safety techniques, and home programs.

Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for licensure.

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.

Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
