What You'll Do
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that improve safety, independence, and quality of life.
- Provide interventions to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, home safety, and fall prevention.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with home health standards.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Home health experience is a plus, but new home health clinicians are welcome to apply.
