Home Health | PRN
Hereford, TX | $65–$70 per visit + $5 per COTA visit | Weekly Pay

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to pediatric and adult patients in Hereford and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and identify their occupational therapy needs
• Develop individualized goals and treatment plans
• Provide therapy visits and monitor patient progress
• Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs
• Review COTA documentation and communicate patient updates with the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in a home health setting
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
