Job Description
Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
$60–$64 per hour | 2–3 Days per Week | Potential for Full-Time

Interim HealthCare is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to early education students. This position begins at 2–3 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the program expands.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct school-based occupational therapy services
- Help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional classroom skills
- Establish measurable goals and monitor student progress
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other therapy professionals
- Recommend classroom strategies, accommodations, and adaptive equipment when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a student-focused team
- Pediatric, early education, or school-based experience preferred
- Ability to obtain all required Pennsylvania school clearances
