REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Required
  • Low risk pregnancy
  • High risk pregnancy
  • FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
  • OB Ultrasounds (Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis)
  • Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps)
  • Decision-making for c-section
  • Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations)
  • Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
  • Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Eligible required
• Licenses: Licensed in MO
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide weekend coverage for labor and delivery unit
• Manage routine and complicated deliveries
• Perform cesarean sections and other surgical procedures
• Provide gynecological consultations and minor procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other providers
