Job Summary

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

If you’re an Ob/Gyn who loves labor and delivery, values true team-based care, and is looking for a meaningful part-time role with a predictable weekend schedule, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds: the warmth of a community hospital and the strength of Mass General Brigham. Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced BE/BC Ob/Gyn to join our collaborative Ob/Gyn and Midwifery team as a Weekend Laborist.

What you’ll do

• Manage the labor floor while on call
• Perform deliveries, circumcisions, D&Cs, repeat C-sections, and IUIs
• Provide medical floor and Emergency Department consult coverage

• BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of two years of post-training Ob/Gyn experience
