Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Obstetrician Gynecologist OBGYN for an established women’s health opportunity in Olean, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role offers schedule flexibility, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a supportive clinical environment. Providers may choose between four-day or five-day clinic schedules while managing a balanced patient panel and delivery responsibilities.

COMPENSATION
• $384,000 for five-day clinic schedule
• $320,000 for four-day clinic schedule
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE
• Full-time or part-time available
• Four-day or five-day clinic schedule options
• Flexible scheduling structure
• Options for 32 clinical hours plus 8 admin hours

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Conduct deliveries at Olean General Hospital
• Perform C-sections and gynecologic surgical procedures
• Manage patient panel of approximately 16-20 patients daily
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR system
• Collaborate with Labor and Delivery surgical team

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology REQUIRED
• New York medical license or eligibility REQUIRED
• Ability to perform deliveries and C-sections REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• New graduates considered
