NXTMission Brand Ambassador

NXTMission Technologies, LLC is seeking mission-driven Brand Ambassadors to expand awareness,

generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth for a SaaS platform serving service members, veterans,

military families, and institutional partners. This role is designed for relationship-oriented individuals who

can professionally represent NXTMission, generate qualified introductions, and help convert market interest

into measurable sales opportunities.

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. No base salary, draw, hourly wage, or guaranteed

compensation is anticipated. Commission eligibility is tied to properly attributed leads that translate into

closed sales, subject to the approved commission schedule and governing agreement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Awareness & Market Engagement

• Represent NXTMission professionally at events, installations, campuses, employer engagements,

community activities, and approved outreach channels.

• Communicate NXTMission’s mission, platform value proposition, and impact for service members,

veterans, military families, employers, and education partners.

• Build credibility and trust within military, veteran, workforce, education, and community ecosystems.

• Maintain brand consistency and protect NXTMission’s reputation in all external interactions.

2. Lead Generation & Referral Development

• Identify and engage prospective partners, including employers, education institutions, veteran-serving

organizations, workforce organizations, and community stakeholders.

• Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and relationship-building

activities.

• Capture complete and accurate lead information, including contact details, organization context,

source, referral path, and known opportunity drivers.

• Submit leads through the designated NXTMission process so opportunities can be reviewed, qualified,

and properly attributed.

3. Sales Support & Opportunity Advancement

• Facilitate relevant introductions between prospects and NXTMission leadership, Sales / Business

Development, or other designated company representatives.

• Support discovery conversations when requested and appropriate, while designated NXTMission

representatives manage pricing, contracting, and closing activities.

• Help prospects understand the next step in the sales process and reinforce the business, mission, and

community value of engagement

4. Relationship Management & Community Presence

• Cultivate ongoing relationships with community influencers, partner contacts, referral sources, and

local market stakeholders.

• Create repeatable referral pathways that expand NXTMission’s visibility in priority markets.

• Identify expansion signals, market feedback, and outreach opportunities that may inform NXTMission’s

growth strategy.

• Act as a trusted connector between NXTMission and the communities it serves.

5. CRM, Attribution & Activity Discipline

• Record activity and lead source information in Microsoft Dynamics or the company-designated CRM

process as required.

• Ensure lead attribution is clear, timely, and auditable before commission eligibility is determined.

• Track outreach activity, lead progression, referral source, and conversion status where applicable.

• Participate in periodic check-ins to review pipeline contribution, market feedback, and commission-eligible opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to network, make introductions, and build market trust.

• Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, professionalism, and accountability.

• Comfort operating in a performance-based, commission-only compensation model.

• Ability to work independently while following company processes for lead submission, CRM tracking,

and brand representation.

• Commitment to ethical conduct, accurate communication, confidentiality, and compliance

expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, recruiting, business development, community outreach, partnerships, or field

marketing.

• Existing network within military, veteran, spouse, workforce, education, employer, or transition-support

communities.

• Familiarity with SaaS, subscription platforms, workforce solutions, education partnerships, or veteranserving organizations.

• Experience engaging employers, colleges, universities, military installations, transition programs, or

community organizations.

• Mission alignment with service members, veterans, military families, and the broader military-connected

community.

Compensation Type

• Commission-only independent contractor role.

• No base salary, draw, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation is anticipated.

• Commission is earned only when a properly attributed lead results in a closed sale and revenue is

realized according to the applicable commission schedule.

• Commission tier placeholder: insert level based on NXTMission tiered commission analysis.

• Payout trigger, timing, accelerators, cap provisions, exclusions, and clawback provisions should be

defined in the commission schedule or governing agreement.
