Job Details: Job Location: RM Store Location - Rancho Mirage, CA, Salary Range: $16.90 - $20.00Hourly, To educate and recommend products for our customers to be able to live a healthy lifestyle. Offering exceptional customer service while also building a long-standing relationship with our communities.
FUNDAMENTAL JOB TASKS:
• Actively engage with customers.
• Conduct exceptional customer service by providing customers with knowledge of our products and services.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with the company’s customers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Stocking daily deliveries
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Shelf cleaning
• Introducing promotions to customers
Qualifications: • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Have a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends & holidays.
• Be able to pass our in-house training program.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality capable of interacting with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to read product labels and UPC codes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
