Nurse Tech/Medication Aide – Hillcrest Health & Rehab
Location: Hillcrest Health & Rehab
Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005
Schedule: Part-time Evenings, 2:00pm - 10:00pm and every other weekend
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech/Medication Aide to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.
Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests regain independence, comfort, and quality of life.
What You’ll Get to Do

Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs

Support residents and guests with meals, dining, and daily routines

Help residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for

Communicate resident or guest needs and changes with nurses and care team members
-
Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Assist with documentation and resident support as directed

Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class
-
Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred

A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
