Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) - Part-Time Afternoons

St. Joseph's Village | Ypsilanti, MI

Are you a compassionate RN or LPN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity? Join St. Joseph's Village as a Nurse Supervisor and help lead our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. In this role, you'll support residents, guide caregivers, and serve as a trusted clinical resource.

Schedule

• Part-time afternoons

• 2 days per week and every other weekend

• On-call rotation

• Paid onboarding and training

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and support to caregivers and staff

• Promote resident safety, well-being, and quality of life

• Assist with resident assessments and care planning

• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns

• Coordinate communication among residents, families, and the care team

• Serve as an on-call clinical resource

• Support quality care and regulatory compliance

What You'll Bring

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license

• Nursing experience in senior care or a related setting

• Leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for resident-centered care
