We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at McRae State Prison located in McRae Helena, Georgia.

The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
Qualifications• Graduate degree required • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) certification/license required • Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority • Ability to obtain security clearance

Active, unrestricted GA APRN license
Ability to pass background check
