Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a civilian Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Dumfries Health Center in Prince William County, Virginia. This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation’s active-duty military members and their families — in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week

  • One Saturday shift every 4–5 weeks

• Manageable Patient Load: See just 17 to 19 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care — not quantity

• Outpatient-Only Practice

• Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment with minimal administrative burden

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program

• Active NP license in accordance with state board requirements

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
