The Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare services while serving as a clinical leader within the health center. In partnership with the Health Center Manager, Assistant Medical Director, and clinical support team, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical quality, operational excellence, and staff development.

This role offers the opportunity to combine direct patient care, clinical leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement in a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare services in accordance with established clinical protocols and guidelines.
Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
Provide medication abortion services in person and through telehealth following training.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
Partner with health center leadership to support quality, patient experience, and operational goals.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to health center staff.
Support quality improvement initiatives and implementation of evidence-based best practices.
Participate in staff meetings, workflow improvements, and health center leadership activities.
Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotations.

Are a licensed APRN who is passionate about reproductive healthcare and patient-centered care.
Enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Are confident assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and supporting positive health outcomes.
Want to expand access to care through both in-person and telehealth services, including medication abortion care.
Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with operational leaders to improve patient experience, quality, and health center performance.
Enjoy mentoring and coaching staff while serving as a clinical resource and leader.
Are committed to quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
Value teamwork, accountability, and creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Bonus Points If You...

Have two or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in OB/GYN, women's health, family planning, or reproductive healthcare.
Are bilingual.
Hold a current BLS certification.
Have experience with quality improvement initiatives and clinical leadership.
Have experience providing care for diverse patient populations.

Occasional travel between PPSWO health centers and other meeting locations.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals, offensive odors, and other hazardous materials commonly found in healthcare settings.
