Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative healthcare team. You will deliver comprehensive, outpatient primary care—including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management—alongside a supportive staff and physician partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, assess health status, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• rder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Formulate, implement, and modify individualized treatment and care plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and standards of care.
•  Educate and counsel patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment management.
•  Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members, facilitating appropriate referrals and care transitions.
•  Maintain strict compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members:

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements

  Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure & Certification: Active Board Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN / NP) and unencumbered New Jersey licensure.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in clinical diagnostic equipment, electronic health records (EHR), and point-of-care technology.
• Key Competencies: Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking abilities; exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills; meticulous attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
