JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Active certification through AANP/ANCC
• Licenses: Active TN RN License, TN NP License, TN DEA with Prescriptive Authority
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Experience: 2 years of recent experience preferred; new grads considered
• Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years, Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME, MMR/Varicella immunity documentation, TB test

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED during night shifts.
• Manage a high volume of patient encounters (approximately 93 per day total department).
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and other advanced practice providers.
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies.
