Job Description

American Veterans Group is a Veteran founded Home Care company that has been serving our community and taking care of Senior Military Veterans and surviving spouses for over 18 years. We are seeking for compassionate individuals that want to become a part of our team!
  Our caregivers are Care Professionals. They provide an invaluable service to aging adults. We encourage our Care Professionals to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community while providing compassionate care to help keep clients healthy, safe, and happy at home.

  
Responsibilities:

• Cooking, lite housekeeping, laundry and companionship are the primary jobs
• 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Applicant Requirements:
 

•  Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA and have an active HCA.
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work Friday afternoon shifts .
• English speaking, reading, and writing cabilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are welcome)
• Compliant the licensing, registration required by the federal, state, or local regulations

*Available after probation period of 90 days
