Join our team ULTIMATE NINJAS ACADEMY full of fun, responsible, and encouraging instructors at our American Ninja Warrior -inspired training academy for kids 3 years to 12 years of age! This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about working with kids and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Experience with children ages 3 years to 12 years preferred but not required. MUST have Monday morning availability!!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and motivate participants in classes, ensuring safety and proper guidance.
• Facilitate and lead birthday parties, camps, and other events, delivering fun and unforgettable experiences.
• Welcome and engage with guests, including kids, adults, and families.
• Facility cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience with children ages 3 years to 12 years preferred but not required
• Availability Monday, Friday, and Sunday mornings
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• A friendly, sensitive, and patient approach when working with children and families.
• Ability to explain instructions clearly and effectively.
• Strong awareness of safety and best practices in a gym environment.
• Cheerful, welcoming, and capable of multitasking.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organization skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Experience with customer service is recommended.
• Personal training, group training, and or gymnastics education/certifications are not required but are highly beneficial, and may positively impact starting pay.
