Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly

*Security License is NOT required*

**On-Call position working Friday & Saturday nights ONLY**

What will you do as a Nightlife Security Officer:

• Promptly and professionally complying with direction from the Security base and command.
• Control access to restricted areas in a professional and courteous manner i.e. age enforcement, back-of-house access, etc.
• Work closely with other law enforcement agencies when required to maintain law and order.
• Report all irregular activity immediately (safety hazards, violations, criminal activity, sleepers, and panhandlers).

Work Experience

To be successful as a Nightlife Security Officer, you’ll need:

• A valid NYS Driver’s License.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable certifications.
• Ability to work under stressful and time-sensitive requirements.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 61 - 70 lbs.
