Night Warehouse Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: Dallas - Arlington, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Mr. Greens is looking for a Night Warehouse Supervisor 

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary:

Accountabilities:

Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
Implement and manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the produce or perishable goods industry
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software; familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software.
Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 
Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
