Job Overview 
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Night Custodian to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Night Custodian will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for visitors and staff. 

Responsibilities 

 Perform routine cleaning tasks, including:

Vacuuming all carpeted areas
Sweeping and mopping all hard-surfaced flooring 
Dusting all surfaces, including office desks, counters, and windowsills

Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash and waste from building according to established guidelines.
Cleaning of bathroom toilets, floors, counters, sinks, and mirrors. 
Monitoring and replenishing bathroom supplies as needed.
Cleaning of building windows, both inside and outside. 
Cleaning of breakrooms and kitchen, including microwaves, counters, tables, chairs, and floor surfaces. 
Other tasks and projects to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the facility as requested by the customer and/or Advanced, Inc. team. 
Report any security, safety, supply, or building maintenance issues to supervisor. 
 

Qualifications: Qualifications

1-year previous maintenance, janitorial, or custodial experience.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.
