JJ’s Fresh is seeking a responsible and hands-on Night Operations Supervisor to lead our evening operations. This position is responsible for supervising the night team, maintaining service standards, ensuring order accuracy, and completing all closing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable leading a team, and able to maintain a fast and efficient operation during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the evening team during assigned shifts.
• Assign tasks and make sure employees complete their responsibilities.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, presentation, and order accuracy.
• Coordinate takeout and delivery orders from multiple ordering platforms.
• Ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and released on time.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, breaks, productivity, and performance.
• Communicate operational issues, shortages, incidents, and maintenance needs to management.
• Complete opening or closing checklists, depending on the assigned schedule.
• Verify that equipment, workstations, storage areas, and doors are properly secured at closing.
• Assist the team wherever needed during high-volume periods.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of restaurant, food service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Previous experience leading a shift or small team is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Comfortable using restaurant POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work evenings, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
