Traveling Night Auditor - Stay PMS Experience Required
Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay
3-Month Task Force Assignment
Travel Position | Immediate Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Night Auditor for a 3-month Task Force assignment at a large, full-service hotel. This position is ideal for someone with strong hotel front office and night audit experience who can step into the operation and work independently with minimal training.
What You'll Do
- Perform overnight front desk and night audit operations
- Complete daily/nightly audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and account adjustments
- Reconcile daily hotel transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and balance guest accounts and room charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Communicate important overnight issues and updates to hotel leadership
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures
Experience Required
- Previous hotel Night Auditor experience REQUIRED
- Stay PMS experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of hotel front desk and night audit procedures
- Experience with daily reconciliation and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally
- Experience in a large, full-service hotel preferred
- Flexible availability based on hotel needs
- Must be willing to travel for the full 3-month assignment
Assignment Details
- $20.00/hour
- Weekly pay
- 3-month assignment
- Task Force / travel opportunity
- Travel expenses to and from the client facility are covered
- Opportunity for additional Task Force assignments
