NF/Classified MS Softball Head Coach

Overview

Loftis Middle is a 6-8 school located in Hixson, TN,  just north of Chattanooga.  Our work ethic and attention to detail is what keeps Loftis performing as a Level 5 and Reward School year after year.   Teachers at Loftis have a deep understanding of how to use data to inform instruction, how to plan with intentionality, and how to work closely with both horizontal and vertical teams to meet the needs of students. Responsibilities

Non-faculty Coaches and Classified Employee Coaches must complete the NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches” courses prior to assuming the position. Coaches who have successfully completed the ASEP Coaches Education Course prior to May 15, 2013, will not be required to take the NFHS courses.

1. School Level AD should keep concussion Certificate- Copy on file every year. 
2. School Level AD should keep Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate- Copy on file every year.

• When applicable, completion of "Fundamentals of Coaching"- Copy on file.
• When applicable, completion of "First Aid, Health, & Safety"- Copy on file.
