New Home Sales Associate - Part Time

Summary
The associate will provide on-site coverage at sales offices to build rapport with buyers, demonstrate model homes, and convert leads into sales. They are also responsible for managing online inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating realtor and referral events.
Job Description
Sales Associates:
- Part Time hours. Can discuss more during the interview process.
- Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices in ATL.
- Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
- Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
- Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
- Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
- Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.
Online Portion:
- Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources.
- Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
- Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
- Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
- There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.
