Contract With Potential Conversion to a Permanent Role (Contract-to-Hire)

Opportunity Overview

Purpose
Brands is seeking a hands-on NetSuite ERP & Strategic
Procurement Specialist to support and optimize our recently
implemented NetSuite environment while helping mature our procurement
and vendor management capabilities.

 This
role is initially focused on ERP stabilization, operational support, and
process improvement, but it also offers a path into broader Strategic
Sourcing and Technology Supply Chain leadership. For the right candidate,
this could evolve into a contract-to-hire opportunity with responsibility for
leading procurement and supply chain and potentially managing 1-3
direct reports.

  to bridge Procurement, Accounting, Operations, and vendors

 Key Responsibilities

• Optimize NetSuite processes
  and improve user adoption.
• Manage
  procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and inventory
  processes.
• Identify
  root causes of recurring operational issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner
  with Accounting to resolve aging invoices, payment disputes, and workflow
  inefficiencies.
• Support
  item setup, pricing, inventory, assemblies, and vendor onboarding.
• Develop
  operational reporting, saved searches, and process documentation.
• Support
  vendor consolidation, supplier performance, and procurement process
  maturity initiatives.

 Strategic Sourcing &
Vendor Management Focus

Beyond day-to-day ERP support, this role will play an important
part in:

• Strengthening
  vendor and supplier relationships.
• Supporting
  sourcing initiatives, contract execution, and procurement governance.
• Improving
  purchasing efficiency, pricing structures, and vendor performance
  management.
• Helping
  scale a centralized procurement function that purchases products and
  services at enterprise scale and supports franchise operations globally.
• Contributing
  to long-term procurement strategy and operational excellence initiatives.

 Required Experience

• Hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Procurement,
  purchasing, or supply chain operations experience.
• Purchase
  order, invoicing, accounts payable, and vendor management knowledge.
• Inventory
  management and item master maintenance experience.
• Ability
  to troubleshoot ERP issues directly with business users.
• Strong
  cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Procurement, Operations,
  and external vendors.
• Proven
  ability to independently own issues from identification through
  resolution.

 Preferred Experience

• Strategic
  sourcing or indirect procurement experience.
• Vendor
  relationship management and supplier performance programs.
• LogicBroker,
  EDI, or ERP integrations.
• NetSuite Saved
  Searches and reporting.
• SQL
  and data analysis skills.
• Assemblies,
  kits, warehouse, or inventory management experience.
• Post-ERP
  implementation stabilization and optimization.
