Job Description
Key Requirements:
· Senior, hands-on .NET leader (.NET 6)
Strong attention to detail with experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and leading projects
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Experience modernizing/refactoring legacy applications
- DevOps experience is a plus
- Cloud experience is not required
Meeting Notes
· Looking for a Sr. person, even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized
o Person we're replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow-- doing their code reviews and doing them properly
This would be a Sr. person in the code

- Also needs to be hands on-- will be leading a lot of projects, either skilling up the devs
- Working with business partners-- communication needs to be very good
- Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms
- Tech skills:

Cloud experience is unnecessary
