Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, .NET Core, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications. This role will focus on building modern microservices architectures, developing responsive user interfaces, and delivering high-performance distributed systems within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and .NET Core.

• Build and enhance cloud-native microservices that support high-volume, mission-critical business applications.

• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven services utilizing Kafka for asynchronous processing and system integration.

• Design and optimize data models using MongoDB and Redis for high-performance, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.

• Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Participate in application architecture reviews and contribute to system design decisions.

• Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure solution quality.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for rapid and reliable deployments.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to application resiliency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development.

• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures.

• Strong experience with Apache Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.

• Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design.

• Experience implementing distributed caching solutions using Redis.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented principles, and API security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Exposure to event-driven and domain-driven architecture patterns.

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
