JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC in Neonatology
• Licenses: Active FL License
• Experience: Recent clinical experience required; minimum 6 months experience in specialty; must have been clinically active within 1 year.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for neonates in a Level III NICU.
• Perform rounding and take call for 24-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with in-house NNPs for 24/7 coverage.
• Manage an average census of 19 patients with approximately 2,700 annual deliveries.
• Utilize full subspecialty support and transport team.
