Position

The NBA Take-Two Social Producer will create high-impact, engaging content that examines basketball and sports through a comedic lens. You’ll concept, shoot, and/or edit videos for NBA R&D, NBA2KL and NBAT2 from start to finish—bringing ideas to life that are culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and platform-native.

The ideal candidate is a sharp creative with strong production instincts and a fluent understanding of platform culture. You're equally comfortable behind a camera, in a timeline, and in the comments section.

This is a 3-month contract with possibility of a full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video and static content tailored for our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels.

• Produce engaging video content from start to finish—concepting, shooting, editing, and delivery—tailored for each social platform enhanced with custom graphics, music, and sound design.

• Conceptualize, test, and host original social media franchises on camera.

• Collaborate with the Talent Team to develop formats that spotlight talent personality, align with brand voice, and resonate with platform audiences.

• Use video performance data to inform and optimize future content decisions.

• Manage creative briefs, production timelines, and asset delivery using AirTable.

• Provide social coverage during key cultural/brand moments, which may require occasional travel, evening, or weekend availability.

Desired Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio of engaging, high-performing short-form video content across platforms (please include social handles or work samples).

• Comfortability being on camera.

• Sharp creative instincts and a clear perspective on what drives video virality across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Experience shooting & directing short form video content

• Proficiency in editing short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro

• Deep knowledge of NBA players, teams, and culture—with an ability to integrate timely and relevant basketball references.

• Previous work with high profile talent a plus.

Salary Range:

$70,000-$90,000
