Remote Sales Representative - Water Treatment

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

About the role:

LifeSource Water Systems is one of the fastest-growing residential water treatment companies in the US. We're hiring closers to run virtual sales consultations with homeowners and sign them same-day. 

LifeSource Water Systems has been a pioneer in residential water filtration for more than 42 years, helping homeowners across the country improve the quality of the water throughout their homes. 

We're looking for experienced, high-performing sales professionals who know how to sell directly to consumers, build trust quickly, overcome objections, and close.

This is a closing role. You are not qualifying leads for someone else. You run the presentation, you handle the objections, you sign the contract.

The numbers:

• Average ticket: $6k
• Consistent lead flow with an ave of 100-200 WARM/HOT homeowner calls per week
• Established reps typically close 10+ deals per month with high performers over 20+ deals per month.

Compensation:

• Commission % on every sale with a monthly draw.
• Monthly incentives, annual bonus, and recognition programs on top.
• Realistic first-year earnings: $120,000. Top producers clear $200,000+

What you need to have done before:

You should be able to point to a track record of personally closing consumer deals, not passing them to someone else. Most of our strongest reps come from:

• Solar
• HVAC
• Roofing, windows, siding
• Water treatment
• Home security
• Pest control

• Home remodeling and other in-home or virtual home-improvement sales

Adjacent one-call-close consumer sales also translates well.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of personally closing consumer deals in a one-call or short-cycle environment (in-home, virtual, or phone)
• You have carried an individual revenue quota and hit it.
• Comfortable running a full virtual demo, asking for the sale and closing on same call.
• Proficient with CRM and excel.
• Home office with reliable high-speed internet and quiet space.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
