Nail Technician - Part Time (Planet Hollywood LV)

Provide outstanding, personalized guest service while delivering high-quality nail care services in a professional salon and spa environment. Perform a variety of nail treatments, recommend services tailored to guest needs, and promote salon offerings while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personalized service while maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful attitude with guests and team members.
• Perform professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, express services, French tips, gel polish applications, and acrylic/gel nail enhancements.
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and educational workshops to support skill development and service excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of all Salon & Spa services and clearly explain treatments, benefits, and recommendations to guests.
• Recommend customized nail services and promote additional treatments when appropriate.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of guests and team members.
• Efficiently perform express manicure and pedicure services within established service standards.
• Provide accurate information regarding salon services, treatments, concepts, and pricing.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests.
• Maintain a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 9 hours per shift.
• Ability to perform frequent grasping, writing, walking, sitting, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to effectively hear, communicate, and maintain visual acuity required for service delivery.
• Warm, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor with excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel nail applications, gel polish services, express services, nail repairs, and fills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Nevada Nail Technician License required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a high-end, luxury, or resort-style salon or spa.
