Mystery Shopper
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + mileage reimbursement
Shift: 1st Shift / Daytime Hours

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to conduct in-person evaluations at retail locations. This position involves traveling to assigned department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other retail locations to evaluate customer service, store conditions, compliance, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned retail locations to complete mystery shopping evaluations
- Visit department stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other assigned locations
- Observe and evaluate customer service, store conditions, procedures, and compliance
- Accurately document observations and interactions
- Complete detailed evaluation reports within required deadlines
- Follow all assignment instructions and evaluation guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while conducting assignments
- Communicate any issues or concerns related to an assignment
- Travel up to 250 miles, depending on assignment requirements
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and able to meet assignment deadlines
- Professional demeanor and discretion
- Comfortable using a computer or mobile device to complete reports
- Previous mystery shopping, retail, customer service, auditing, or field inspection experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- Independent, field-based position
- Frequent local and regional travel
- Daytime/1st shift assignments based on business needs
- Assignments may require travel to multiple retail locations
- Mileage reimbursement provided for qualifying travel
