Job Summary:
DAs play a pivotal role in supporting administrative functions and enhancing departmental efficiency.
Their primary responsibilities are to:
- Manage communications (emails, faculty requests, etc.)
- Organize the office (filing, supply inventory, etc.)
- Handle absentee notices
- Coordinate with the Copy Center for large printing jobs
Additional responsibilities specific to your department may include to:
- Manage promotional materials
- Develop necessary forms and departmental information
- Assist in planning departmental activities and events
- Manage space bookings and equipment setup requests
Qualifications:
Knowledge of google suite and good interpersonal skills are needed. DMA, Graduate and Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
The position’s rate ranges from: BM: $15.00 per hour, MM: $16.50 per hour, DMA: $18.00 per hour
The position desired start date is 09/21/2026.
