Internship opportunities may include Accounting, Field Operations, Project Management/Office Operations, Preconstruction, Safety, and Warranty.

Your Internship Experience

Depending on your internship focus, you may gain hands-on experience in:

• Accounting: Construction financial reporting, project budgets, expenditures, invoices, lien waivers, accounting entries, financial analysis, and weekly reporting. Gain exposure to Sage 300, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Field Operations: Job site safety, scheduling, quality control, material deliveries, subcontractor coordination, punch lists, site documentation, and construction progress tracking. Gain exposure to Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Project Management/Office Operations: RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, change orders, project meetings, cost accounting, inspections, project documentation, and closeout. Gain exposure to Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Preconstruction: Construction estimating, blueprint analysis, budgets, subcontractor solicitation and selection, cost analysis, buyout, and project planning. Gain exposure to On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and ISQFT.
• Safety: Job site inspections, OSHA documentation, safety training, compliance, safety plans, and job site safety resources. Gain exposure to Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Warranty: Warranty work orders, repair coordination, communication with property teams and subcontractors, quality assurance, and trend analysis. Gain exposure to Procore and Microsoft Office.

We’re looking for motivated students interested in building a career in multifamily construction, real estate development, accounting, project management, preconstruction, safety, or related fields.
