Villa Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee our Starbucks, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, and other quick-service and full-service restaurant operations inside Orlando International Airport.

This role is responsible for leading multiple high-volume locations, developing strong management teams, maintaining brand and airport compliance, and delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique demands of airport operations.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple restaurant concepts.

Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Co-Managers, and department leaders.

Ensure each location meets company, franchisor, airport, and food-safety standards.

Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity, inventory controls, and cost management.

Review financial performance and develop action plans to address opportunities.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on passenger volume and operational needs.

Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and retention.

Create a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and excellent guest service.

Conduct regular location visits, operational audits, and leadership meetings.

Oversee scheduling, payroll controls, ordering, cash handling, and loss-prevention procedures.

Build strong working relationships with airport representatives, franchisor partners, vendors, and internal support teams.

Support new restaurant openings, menu rollouts, promotional initiatives, and operational changes.

Ensure managers and team members maintain all required airport credentials, certifications, and training.

What You'll Need

Minimum of five years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.

Experience overseeing both quick-service and full-service restaurant operations strongly preferred.

Previous experience with Starbucks, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, airport concessions, or other high-volume restaurant concepts is a plus.

Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, food costs, inventory, and sales forecasting.

Proven ability to lead and develop multiple management teams.

Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of food-safety, sanitation, and workplace compliance requirements.

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance and badging.
